Individually identifiable educational records are deleted within 12 months of account closure unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention for your personal records.
3.3 Communication Records
Messages, emails, support tickets, and other communications with our team are retained for up to 3 years from the date of the last communication.
Live session recordings and chat logs from group or individual sessions are retained for up to 12 months to support quality assurance and dispute resolution.
Users may request earlier deletion of communication records where legally permissible.
